This Refunds & Returns Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.oceanviewheli.com.au (the “Site”).


Refunds Policy


Oceanview Helicopters has a strict NO REFUND policy. 

Once your booking has been  confirmed you have a 24 hour cooling off period. 

Outside of this time frame NO REFUNDS will be given. 

You as the customer have the option to reschedule your tour. 

Pilots reserve the right to cancel flights due to weather, aircraft maintenance and safety precautions. All flights previous paid will be rescheduled to a suitable date and time for the customer.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and emailed directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your product. Once the item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Gift Cards are non-refundable.
